Kathy Seuylemezian has been intrigued with the Real Estate industry since graduating Hoover High School in Glendale in 1986.  She attained her real estate salesperson license soon after graduation.  She received her Business Degree in Accounting at CSUN.  In 1988 she married her husband, Varouj (Bruce) and together they started their journey of buying and selling real estate.

Kathy provides her clients with dedicated service, giving special attention to every little detail in their real estate transactions.  Her goal as a realtor is to help her clients achieve wealth through buying and selling real estate. 

Kathy and Varouj reside in La Canada Flintridge with their two children, Kristine 14 and Michael 12 who attend La Canada Schools

Kathy is very involved in the community.  She is currently on the board of the La Canada Educational Foundation and is serving as co-chair for their annual golf tournament.  She has dedicated many years to her children’s schools by serving on the PTA and helping raise money through various fund-raising.

Glendale, where Kathy grew up, has always held a special place in her heart.  Throughout the years she has been active in National Charity League Juniors of Glendale where amongst many board positions she served as President and helped raise over $20,000 annually to help the Glendale Association of the Retarded, the YWCA Domestic Violence Shelter, Glendale Adventist Hospital and 12oaks Retirement Home.  Ever since her daughter went into the 7th grade, she graduated to National Charity League of Glendale which is a mother/daughter philanthropic organization that has been around for over 50 years.  Kathy is now serving on their executive board.

Kathy is part of the professional team of realtors at the Coldwell Banker La Canada Flintridge office.  The office is comprised of the top producing agents in the area.  They all share the same values of integrity and hard work ethics and work closely together to provide exceptional service to their clients.
